Great department store with all of the quality expensive brands within (also a really good Jellycat store) The Xmas store is worth a visit on its own but you could spend many hours in here.

During my recent visit, I was fortunate enough to receive assistance from a staff member who was simply outstanding. Her knowledge of the products was unmatched, and she was incredibly patient and attentive throughout the entire shopping experience. In particular, she helped me choose the perfect pair of sunglasses. She took the time to understand my style and preferences, and then showed me several different options that would work well for me. She even helped me try on different pairs of sunglasses to ensure that they fit comfortably and looked great. Thanks to her expert guidance, I ended up purchasing two pairs of sunglasses that I absolutely love. They are both stylish and comfortable, and I have received numerous compliments on them since purchasing them. Overall, I would highly recommend Brown Thomas to anyone looking for a personalized and luxurious shopping experience. The quality of the products is exceptional, and the customer service is simply outstanding. Five stars all around!

I had an excellent experience with the customer service team. Ciprian from CS stood out in particular — he went well beyond what I expected, handling everything quickly, clearly, and with real care. It made a big difference to feel properly supported throughout. I truly appreciate the level of service provided and would confidently recommend this team to others. I have been shopping at BTs for thirty years now and past experiences have always been mixed. Tonight I met a fantastic sales associate at the Creed aftershave counter. Rishita could not have been more helpful and friendly. She sold me aftershave without being in any way pushy. Her friendly and easy going manner was warmly welcomed and would no doubt encourage me to return again. Wish there were more like her working in the store.

For all the years spent in Brown Thomas, I have no idea why I only just met Eve from Nars!!!!! She is absolutely professional and helpful throughout the whole experience. I was only randomly browsing at the lip section, and she offered to help me select something that would suit me. She completely understood my needs and could use a set of skills to guide me through all choice m, then finally helped me found the one I needed. I love her theory of lipsticks! It’s all about our feelings. I will certainly come back to her for all my future Nars products - btw I’ve always been a fan of Nars!!! And thank you so much, Eve🫶🫶

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Le Labo counter in Brown Thomas, all thanks to Wana (apologies if I misspelled her name!). She was wonderful and demonstrated an impressive depth of knowledge about the fragrances. Her perfume culture and expertise truly shine through. I spent a very pleasant moment in her company. I had a fantastic shopping experience at Brown Thomas Dublin. The store is beautifully laid out, with a great selection of high-quality brands across fashion, beauty, and accessories. The finest store in all of Ireland. And surprisingly, excellently priced. It used to be the premium and most expensive, but due to online competition, it's prices are bang in line with all competitors. Staff are incredible, I've never had a poor experience in BT ever. And the loyalty program is definitely worth keeping up with. Best shop front on grafton street too.

Brown Thomas is a wonderful institution that shows that department stores work wonderfully in big cities. The staff were lovely & every one of them was friendly & tolerated me screaming "HOW MUCH?!" every time the wife showed me something that cost the equivalent of the world debt combined. I can't wait to go back when my blood pressure reaches normal levels again, the Jellycat store on the top floor is well worth a visit!

Absolutely love this shop. We visited from England last year and came back just now for a bit of a shopping trip. I purchased something which gave us a voucher for a free hot drink and meal in the restaurant upstairs. The food was lovely and the service was impeccable. Made me feel quite special. I've said it before, and I'll say it again, for me Dublin shopping is better that new York! It's a bold statement but in my eyes 100% true
